📢 We’re Hiring – Industrial Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer with strong expertise in textile production, supply chain management, and process optimization to improve productivity, reduce waste, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and production layout improvements
• Optimize manpower, material, and machine utilization
• Develop and maintain SOPs for manufacturing operations
• Evaluate machinery, tools, and equipment for efficiency improvements
• Monitor daily production and recommend corrective actions
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives
• Prepare productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction reports
• Train supervisors and operators on process optimization techniques
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and industrial engineering tools
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Time Study, Work Study, Line Balancing, and Process Flow Mapping
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple improvement projects
🔹 Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry
