WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION GENERAL MANAGER
PENNA OVERSEAS CORP, a leader in the manufacturing of Boxing Gloves & Martial Arts Equipment, is looking for an experienced Production General Manager to oversee and elevate our production operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage day-to-day production operations to ensure timely delivery and top-notch quality
🔹 Supervise production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
🔹 Implement and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
🔹 Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
🔹 Coordinate with procurement, R&D, and QC teams to ensure smooth operations
🔹 Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
🔹 Lead a large team of supervisors, technicians, and workers with strong people management
🔹 Ensure product development and prototyping align with market trends and client specifications
🔹 Monitor machine maintenance schedules and production equipment efficiency
🔹 Report directly to senior management with updates on performance, output, and goals
📋 Qualifications & Experience:
✅ 3–5 years of proven experience in managing production in the boxing gloves or martial arts gear sector
✅ Strong technical understanding of materials, stitching, assembly, and finishing
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
✅ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve production challenges in real-time
✅ Strong leadership and decision-making skills
✅ Proficient in planning tools and MS Office
