Penna Overseas Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced PPC Manager to strengthen our production planning team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the cutting and stitching process for martial arts & boxing garments

Ensure timely departmental coordination and production scheduling

Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines

Lead and guide the PPC team for operational efficiency

Communicate effectively with internal teams for smooth workflow

Handle follow-ups on materials, labor, and machine availability
Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant industry experience

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
