PENNA OVERSEAS CORP, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior PPC (Production Planning & Control) Manager to take charge of our production planning and execution. This is a key leadership role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely production operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop, implement, and manage the entire production planning process
🔹 Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
🔹 Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to meet demand timelines
🔹 Analyze production capacity and optimize resource utilization
🔹 Oversee budgeting, lead time management, and performance tracking
🔹 Forecast raw material and labor requirements based on sales projections
🔹 Generate reports and insights for upper management
🔹 Ensure alignment between production plans and business goals
📋 Required Qualifications:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in production planning and control in the manufacturing sector
✅ Strong understanding of PPC tools, capacity planning, and time management
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✅ Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel-based planning tools
