We are seeking a highly skilled Textile Engineer with a strong background in Supply Chain Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee textile production processes while optimizing the supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and finished products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end textile production processes (weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, etc.)
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to streamline operations
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Utilize ERP and SCM software to track inventory and logistics
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability goals, and industry regulations
• Analyze production and supply chain metrics for continuous improvement
• Resolve issues related to delays, material shortages, and quality control
🔹 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing and/or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of textile machinery, materials, and production workflows
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
